Cooking for some is a necessity, for others a hobby, a passion and then for some it is healing and nurturing.
For me, it is a mix of all these. It is one of my favourite ways to de-stress and its bliss for me. My (mis)adventure with cooking started at the age of 14 when I burnt my first cake.
Then at 18 years when I attempted (unsuccessfully) to make a cheesecake! These recipes for disaster over the earlier years slowly shaped my love to experiment and come up with food that was every day, healthy, no-fuss, crowd pleaser, exotic and everything in between.
Through cooking, I have learnt about other people’s culture, shared some of my own, and incorporated what I learned from my travels into this blog. Through this blog, I will share my adventures with food and my adventures as an amateur chef. Feel free to message, comment and ask me any questions/feedback you have.
